Paula

I try to watch your show every day I love your cooking.
I commend you for your honesty and love of the art
one day you shared your family recipes and you stated that you were not embarassed about the ingredients and with that you had me hooked. I understand why you are such a sucess you have not forgot where you came from. i wish you all the sucess in the future and may god bless your future.

Love your shows, try to see them all!
Have a bread I would like you to try, my youngest sister borrowed it out of a magazine in a doctors office in N. Fla., and sent it to me in Indiana. Hate for you to miss this one!
I have tried to find this recipe everywhere and cant. We have tried strawberry, butter pecan, and vanilla , it is one of a kind.
                           Ice Cream Bread

1 1/2 cups of self rising flour 1pint{2cups} ice cream softened to almost melting.
Stir together just until flour is moistened. Spoon into well greased and floured loaf pan.{we use throw away pans} Bake at 350o for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. You may use any flavor ice cream. DO NOT use fat free or sugar free they do not work. Enjoy!!

Paula, My husband and I have enjoyed the cuisine at the lady and sons, the food was out of this world every time that we have gone so You must be really proud of your staff, they really represent in your absence they are very courteous to the people that visit, especcially the lady that comes out and ask are you hungry, she really exemplifies the business to me, and I think she prepares the complimentary sides that they offer during the meal, every time that we have been there I have seen one or the other of your sons and I must say that they look even more handsome in person. May God Bless and keep you all lifted up in his arms, and continue to bless you all.
We are very supportive of your shows. The Walls,Goldsboro, NC

Paula, my husband and I love your show. Southern galsknow how to cook and you are the best! Do you accept recipes from viewers? I have two I would like to submit to you. One is from my Mother and the other is from my Mother-in-law. Chocolate icing and oatmeal cookies. I believe you would enjoy both. Keep up the good shows. Susan Abernethy, Dahlonega, GA
